I’m David Segal, the proud owner of Designed Atmospheres.

While carrying out my day job, a client told me how he achieved financial freedom by setting up his own business.

His story resonated with me, and I quickly realized that I was making my boss’s dream come true by working a nine to five. At that very moment, I decided to set out on my own and take control of my destiny.

Since I had over fifteen years of electronics experience behind me, I launched a security systems and automation integrator business in 2007.

Over the past fourteen years, I’ve become primarily referral-based, which makes a significant difference in the way I run my business.

I work with integrity, and as an individual, I believe what sets me apart from others is my honesty. I’m also dedicated to building excellent relationships with clients as I want them to have confidence with new technology. Making complex systems easy to understand has made me successful.

Therefore, when I complete a project and achieve the desired result, it fills me with immense satisfaction. I’ve also received recognition as one of the top ten design installers in the country. However, the icing on the cake was when my son came to work for me.

When I’m not assisting clients with security systems, I love camping, boating, and going to the beach.

I’ve enjoyed sharing my story about the things which matter to me and how they influence the way I do business.
